In regards to international shipping, there are customs and duty's charged upon delivery by our courier service DHL. These customs and duty's fees correspond to your country's import and tax laws. Orders processed in USA will take 3-7 business days to arrive via USPS Ground once processed. Processing usually takes 2-3 days.

Per USPS protocol, shipping perfumes with alcohol content can only be accepted via Ground Shipping. No priority or air shipping is currently available.

For new releases and restocks, please allow up to 2 weeks for the perfumes to be processed and packed due to demand. In-stock items that aren't new releases or recently restocked should ship in 1-2 days unless stated otherwise.

We try to carry inventory in our Dubai office for ease of shipping for GCC orders. For orders in UAE, we offer local delivery with processing times of 3-5 days through a third-party courier. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-21 days. Tracking and delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you need to amend your ofter it has been placed, you will need to email us at care@kheirfragrancehouse.com while the order is processing (usually the first 24 hours). Once the processing window has closed, an order cannot be amended or cancelled. We highly suggest to contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Kheir fragrances is proud to be cruelty-free. Any animal ingredient (such as musk) is synthetically made.

Due to the use of natural raw materials, including vanilla, resins, and absolutes, slight variations in color and scent intensity may occur over time.

Fragrances naturally mature as they age, which can result in deepening color tones and subtle shifts in aroma. These variations are a normal and expected part of the fragrance maturation process and do not indicate a defect or product issue.

Each bottle of Kheir fragrance is produced to the same formulation standards. Differences between a newly produced bottle and an older bottle reflect natural aging rather than changes to the formula.

Our oils are mass-produced in Grasse, France and our bottles/boxes are manufactured in UAE.

Kheir Fragrances are manufactured and tested to avoid the risk of allergy. However, we recommend you to perform a skin test before use by applying the product to a small area to test your sensitivity. If a skin reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician if necessary.

Kheir Fragrance House products are subjected to numerous and rigorous tolerance tests at all stages of development and meet the most stringent international standards in order to eliminate any substance with allergenic or irritant properties.
