Beirut Baklava is a modern gourmand with a vintage spirit... a love letter to Beirut and the sweets that glaze its history. It opens with sparkling bergamot, sweetened by syrupy orange blossom and spiced with green cardamom, an aromatic wink to the Levant’s spice-laced desserts. The heart melts into soft vanilla cream, fluffed with heliotrope, which then leads into our signature baklava accord: Toasted, nutty, syrupy, and buttery facets marry together the senses of taste and smell.
The dry-down is unforgettable: subtle leather intertwined with vanilla absolute and aged cedarwood ground the gourmand warmth with texture and depth, evoking the ambiance of an old Beirut pastry shop. These matured notes– laced with sugar and butter– carry you into the shop's walls aged by decades of baking, where the air is filled with the scent of toasted nuts, sweet syrup, and the shuffle of worn leather bags and bustling hands.

HOW TO USE
With fragrance, each spray is meant to be magnetic. To make the most out of each spray, apply in the creases of your elbows, wrists, and nape of the neck to ensure intensity and wearability.
For the best performance, be sure to only spray the perfume onto the skin. Do not dab or rub. Doing so will break down the fragrance particles, causing the fragrance to decrease in intensity quickly.
Spray and reapply as desired. This is an extrait, so not many sprays are needed to leave an impression.

When I create a fragrance, I try to put an emotion in a bottle — an emotion that can turn into an unforgettable situation, and whenever you smell it, you feel the fond memories come flooding back.
Kheir turned to Shadi Samra to build Beirut Baklava — a nose with nearly 20 years in the industry and a resume that includes Fragrance du Bois and Memoirs of a Perfume Collector. He's a member of the Fragrance Foundation Arabia board of directors and has judged the Fragrance Oscars for eight years running.
Shadi describes himself as a lover of natural ingredients and an advocate for sourcing them sustainably — and for him, fragrance is memory: the stronger the scent, the better it holds one.

Wrapped in love! Beirut Baklava is the scent of the year! Like a love letter, it unfolds with the sweetest scent combination, and finally settles down with a tonka bean/vanilla and pistachio halo. Next purchase is for the large bottle because you just can’t stop spraying it! A must have and a NEED!
I like the scent a lot, however it does not last as long as I thought it would and it’s not very strong. I felt this way also with 7 minutes and I ordered both! I did multiple methods of layering and even using Vaseline on my skin then applying the perfume, and it just didn’t smell it anything anymore.I felt like the strength of the perfume could be more intense. Otherwise I think Siham is really onto something! I have no doubt she will continue to make amazing perfumes!
I dont even know where to begin. This is delicious, smooth, fluffy, comforting and savory all in one. This perfume tore through my high expectations and is better than I ever could have hoped for. Kheir never misses and this is absolutely a must have.
I actually just received my bottles today, and, yes, I bought two without even knowing what it smelled like, simply from my experience with this house..I knew it would be magical. And I was spot on right. I love this perfume so much already, it is gourmand but done in such a way that I’d wear this spring, summer, fall, winter, day and night. I get orange blossom and cardamom, honey, pistachio done to perfection, sweet vanilla and a touch of woodiness in the dry down. The notes are so beautifully blended, and that spice is chef’s kiss. This is a SEXY masterpiece of a fragrance. In. Love.

Beirut Baklava is a beautiful complex gourmand. At first sniff, it’s sweet but then it’s dries down with great depth and complexity. At its core it still feel like a vanilla sent to me, but with added notes of honey and spice.
This perfume is very much worth every dollar. To the beautiful packaging and bottle to the smell.Absolute perfection.
